One IP Per nation

For those of you that have jumped into the game without reading all the CN rules, here is the most important one:

1 nation per player, per IP address

If more than one person plays from the same IP address, both will risk having their Nations deleted by the game administrator. Even if you log in once from a friends house, work, school, etc. you are subject to this and risk being deleted. The IP(s) are permanently recorded by the game software.
